We hope you are delighted with your artwork. Please contact us if there is a problem with your order.

Standard Items

You may cancel an eligible online order within 14 days of receiving it. After telling us that you wish to cancel, you must return the item within a further 14 days.

To request a return, email andrea.cbimprints@gmail.com with your name and order number.

Items should be returned carefully packaged and in their original condition. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

Eligible refunds will be returned to the original payment method. A refund may be reduced if the artwork has been handled more than necessary to inspect it.

Bespoke and Personalised Items

Artwork made to your specifications or personalised for you cannot normally be returned because you have changed your mind.

​

This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, damaged or not as agreed.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your artwork arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Include your order number and photographs of the artwork and packaging. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
