These terms apply when you use the Cornish Botanical Imprints website or place an order with us.
Products
Each botanical plaster cast is individually handmade using real plants, flowers and foliage. Small variations in colour, texture, arrangement and finish are part of the handmade process and make each piece unique.
We make every effort to display product photographs, descriptions and measurements accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen.

Orders and Payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Your order is accepted once payment has been received and you receive an order confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced or cannot be supplied.

Artwork Care
Our plaster artwork is designed for indoor decorative use. Keep it dry and handle it carefully. Cornish Botanical Imprints is not responsible for damage caused by dropping, unsuitable wall fixings, moisture or improper handling.

All artwork, photographs, designs and written content on this website belong to Cornish Botanical Imprints. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.
Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright or permission to reproduce the design.

Your Legal Rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
