Processing Times

Each order is carefully prepared and packaged before dispatch.

Ready-made artwork will normally be dispatched within [insert number] working days. Processing times for bespoke artwork will be agreed before the order is placed.

Delivery

We currently deliver to the UK.

Delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by postal delays or circumstances outside our control.

Unless another timeframe has been agreed, online orders should generally be delivered within 30 days.

Delivery Addresses

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. Cornish Botanical Imprints cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Packaging

Plaster artwork is delicate. Every order will be carefully wrapped and securely packaged to help protect it during delivery.

Delayed or Missing Orders

Damaged Deliveries

If your artwork arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and email us with your order number and clear photographs of the artwork and packaging.
